Horiuto is a returning guest artist from the island of Okinawa. He is the owner of Bogeyman Tattoo in Okinawa City. Horiuto has been tattooing for more than two decades, and does primarily Japanese traditional tattooing. This year Horiuto has limited available dates from December 17 - 29.
